USER AGREEMENT

A. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access to the Dyer Drug Co. mobile application and websites, including co-branded Dyer Drug Co.-affiliate websites (collectively, the “Dyer Drug Co. Digital Services”), is subject to the Dyer Drug Co. Privacy Policy, HIPAA Privacy Notice, and these Terms of Use.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE Dyer Drug Co. DIGITAL SERVICES. BY USING THE Dyer Drug Co. DIGITAL SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE.

These Terms also govern your participation in any SMS or mobile communications programs offered by Dyer Drug Co.. If you opt in to receive text messages from us, the Mobile Terms & Privacy Summary governs such messaging.
